Owner/Director

Mickey brings over thirty years experience in the funeral industry. He began his career working in a funeral home when he was in junior high school. In 1981, he received his Associates Degree in Funeral Service from Central State University. During his time in Oklahoma City, he was affiliated with Guardian Funeral Homes. He received his Oklahoma Funeral Director/Embalmer license in 1982. Mickey began working for Primrose Funeral Home in Norman before returning to his hometown of Buffalo, OK and getting a dual license from the state of Kansas. He was employed with a local funeral home there before opening his own business, Wilkinson Funeral Service.

Mickey is active in the community having served as the President of the Lions Club, the Chamber of Commerce and Kids, INC. youth summer sports program. He has also served on the Volunteer Fire Department for 21 years. At the present time, he holds the office of Assistant Chief and is a first responder with the EMS.

Mickey is married. He and his wife, Pam, have two children, Sean and Michelle.
